Tangara has its own gastronomical personality. We have selected for you a variety of exquisite foods and drinks.

In our Bar Restaurant you will enjoy a delicious “Fusion” type of food , where products of the zone are mixed, with delights of the sea and exotic drinks of tropical fruits.

	Exquisite breakfasts
	With Quarry stone (green banana) or patacones, variety of cheeses and ham, fruits and juice. Tortillas of cocoyam, maize tortillas with ground meat, garlic sausages, fried egg, coffee, tea, chocolate, or aromatic teas.

	For entrances
	We have a palm heart ceviche with shrimp or a delicious patacón stuffed. Soups Homemade food and creamy soups for your delight.

	And the best
Soft Yucca, an exquisite type of potatoe from the zone, cooked in olive oil and garlic accompanied with beans and steak. Spring Pie, made of pork ground beef, stuffed of chicken, Spanish garlic sausage, olives and peppers. La canilla "del pecado", delicious tap of stuffed pig , seasoning at the stove for three hours. Tangara Supreme, 200 gr. of fine beef back or chicken, accompanied by sauces of mushrooms, Oporto, and two baked prawns. From the sea to your table encocado: table of prawns, corvina or shrimps to the taste of the most demanding taste. For the Risotto vegetarians, Spaguettis and a great variety of salads. If you prefer some typical food, we offer food from the zone. Delicious seco de gallina (hen), fritada Tangara (cured pork loin) with selected pig meat, Trucha or Tilapia.
